This research is motivated by the integrated thematic learning media used in elementary schools that are not yet technology-based and designed as attractive possible. study aims to develop a based on Sparkol Videoscribe class V SD valid, practical effective. development (R&D) with Plomp model. The model consists of three phases: preliminary phase, or prototyping assessment phase. results this indicate developed have level validity, namely: design experts 95.8%, linguists 89.2% (3) material 90.6%. Practicality level, from students 94.2% teacher practicality 91.6%. effectiveness show effective student outcomes. It known comparison average posttest hypothesis testing which higher than pretest results. Posttest an 85%, while 67% (quite effective). Meanwhile, test showed Pvalue ≤ α (0.002≤0.05).
